A place where readers meet authors, discover new worlds, and carry home stories touched by human hands.

This photo captures my booth exactly as it feels—warm, welcoming, and ready for anyone who wants to step into my world for a moment. Books featured: Trail by Starlight and A Shadow's Curse.

Books are bridges — and events are where we cross them.

"Before I sign a book, the story belongs to me. Once I sign it, you carry a piece of me with you.”

There’s something electric about book events. The hum of conversation, the shuffle of tote bags, the sparkle in someone’s eyes when they find a story that speaks to them. As an author, I get to witness that spark up close. I get to hand someone a book and know they’re about to meet characters who have lived in my head for years. It’s intimate, surreal, and endlessly rewarding.

Meeting Readers Face-to-Face

Online connections are wonderful, but nothing compares to seeing a reader walk up to your table, smile, and say, “I’ve been waiting to meet you.” Or... "Your cover is amazing." These moments remind me why I write. Not just to tell a story, but to share it. Every conversation, every laugh, every “Oh my gosh, I love fantasy!” becomes part of the memory of that day.

A signed book is a moment captured.

"It’s not just ink on a page—it’s a shared experience.”

When someone asks me to sign their book, I always pause for a second. Because I know this moment will stay with them. Maybe it’s their first signed book. Maybe it’s the start of a collection. Maybe it’s a gift for someone they love. Whatever the reason, I know the signature feels personal, a small piece of gratitude pressed into the page.

Why I Keep Showing Up

Book events are exhausting, exhilarating, and unforgettable. They remind me that stories aren’t meant to stay on shelves, they’re meant to be shared, talked about, carried home, and loved. And every time I pack up my booth, I’m already thinking about the next event, the next reader, the next moment where a story finds its person.
